We offer the possibility to engage in a research internship at our department, allowing you to gain practical experience in different phases of research, from planning studies to conducting, evaluating and writing them up.
The internship can cover the required internship hours of your Bachelors or Masters degree programme, or comprise an individually agreed number of hours.
Depending on the current projects and the needs of the team members, there is the possibility to work as an intern on projects. Please read through the opportunities and requirements of our team members and then contact them personally with a short letter of motivation and curriculum.

Possibility of an internship starting from January 2025. The intern will have the possibility to work closely with me on research-related tasks, for example testing participants in the lab, reviewing scientific literature, designing experiments, writing scientific articles, etc. Depending on the needs, you might focus especially on one aspect of the research process. I particularly look for very motivated individuals, passionate about research, music and/or cognition. Having had any prior working experience (not necessarily related to the field of study) is a plus. Please send a motivation letter and your CV here from January 2025 on.

If you are interested in an internship with me, kindly send an email with a short CV as well as a concise cover letter outlining your motivation to work with me, specifying the tasks that you are particularly interested in, and summarizing your prior research experience and/or internships, if any. Please also let me know the number of hours you would be available as well as the corresponding time frame, and whether you need these hours to be credited.
I can then provide you with an overview of possible tasks, if applicable, and we can discuss the fit for an internship position.
