About

Florian completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Innsbruck.
His background in music has led him to take a closer look at musically-evoked emotions, especially the mechanisms behind them.
Through his master’s thesis in the affective neuroscience, he also has a great interest in the neural mechanisms of musically-evoked emotions.
Utilizing personalized Music Emotion Recognition (MER) models, he aims to find a more effective selection process of music for emotion regulation.
