MusemapHannah is a personality psychologist and works as a Senior Scientist at the MUSEMPlab. She completed her studies at the University of Innsbruck, earning a PhD in Psychology as well as a BA in English and American Studies.
What she values mose about her academic work is the opportunity to pursue her diverse interests. Her research focuses on music psychology, particularly musical perception and music-evoked emotions, personality psychology, and test construction & assessment. She is also interested in the use of new technologies in psychological research and their impact on humans. In fall 2024, she completed a two-month research stay at the Institute for Computational Perception at JKU in Linz, where she worked on projects related to human-computer interaction and recommendation systems.
In her free time, she enjoys music (of course!), various sports, experimenting with baking recipes, reading books, and cuddling with her cat. The Big-Five dimension she scores highest is Openness for Experience.
