How does active music-making affect our daily lives?

This study, conducted at the universities of Innsbruck (Austria) and Jyväskylä (Finland), aims to improve our understanding of how people experience active music-making in their daily lives.
Specifically, we are interested in what motivates people to make music and how it influences their mood and well-being during and after the music engagement.
